At Googo Collection, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer both exchange options with only the deduction of shipping costs.

Timeframe: You have up to 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange only .

Conditions for Exchange/Return:

• Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Products that have been used or damaged are not eligible for exchange 
• Requests for exchange  must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Procedure: To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us through any of our available communication channels, including email, WhatsApp, or website messages. Provide images of the current condition of the product from all angles, specify whether it's an exchange or return, and indicate the reason for the request.

Responsibility for Shipping Costs: In the event of an error on our part in processing your order, we will cover the full cost of shipping or exchange. However, if the error is not attributed to us, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Note: While we strive for accuracy in fulfilling orders, human errors may occur. If the error is on our part, we will take full responsibility for any associated costs. However, if the error is not ours, the customer will bear the shipping charge
